Saitama Breedstock Ranch Saiboku is known as a “theme park for pigs” with a theme of pork and health, and is a popular spot visited by 4 million people a year.
The park has a meat store that sells meat and sausage directly from the farm, as well as restaurants, cafes, athletic facilities, park golf, and natural hot springs where visitors can enjoy a variety of pork dishes.
It is also a new type of theme park where visitors can enjoy interacting with adorable piglets.
Saiboku was founded in 1946, using pigs raised on its own farm to produce and sell ham and sausages that are safe, secure, and delicious. The quality of its products is highly evaluated even in Germany, the home of these products, and it has won numerous gold medals at international food contests.
In addition to delicious gourmet pork dishes, the park also has a direct sales area for fresh local vegetables and a healing natural hot spring, making it a theme park where visitors can enjoy a full day at leisure.
The meat store offers a wide variety of processed products such as sausage and ham made in the factory next door, fresh “Golden Pork,” a brand of pork characterized by its tenderness and sweetness, and all parts of the pig because it is a pork specialty store.
The crispy fried golden pork menchikatsu and croquettes in the deli corner are very popular!
Restaurant Saiboku is a spacious indoor space barbecue hall for 220 people.
The natural hot spring “Kachofugetsu” offers a variety of baths, including a large outdoor bath, a cave bath, a bath with a view, and a jar bath.
There are many places for family fun within the facility, such as athletic facilities, a golf course, and pottery classes, making it a wonderful choice for a relaxing soak in the hot spring after a long day of fun with the kids.
